Allow me to reintroduce…Anxiety
Anxiety has traditionally been conceptualized as pathological and maladaptive. This workshop attempts to reintroduce anxiety in a nuanced manner that encompasses its physical, behavioral, emotional, and psychological manifestations from westernized and Indigenous perspectives. Additionally, participants will learn coping strategies for anxiety to incorporate into their clinical practice. CEs are available for NYS LCSWs.
